A member of your staff, EOIN KENNY, conducted/transacted car-hire for me yesterday after numerous phone calls as I was apprehensive to 1/ utilise a web-site and car hirer I’ve had no previous dealings with 2/ utilise a web-site in general as I’m of the old fashioned type that prefers to talk to a person rather than administer such insurance via a web-site question format 3/ ensure from discussions there were no ‘hidden extra’s’ and that the price of £132.15 included nil excess applies and various associated benefits/features.
I have to commend this guy on being absolutely as courteous, knowledgeable and efficient a young ‘customer services’ member as one could wish to deal with in administering my custom over-the-phone. Such an amiable guy.
Despite my queries regarding cover, together with apprehensions as to utilising Marbesol he was superb.
May I courteously ask that someone in authority takes-on-board my gratitude that in this day and age of ‘sell it cheap and stack-it-high philosophy’ some service industries reflect you have a staff member who really is good at what he does and is so conscientious.
I trust I’ll find the same level of service with Marbesol at Malaga Airport on arrival 14th September to collect my hire-car.
