There was a delay between the internet booking and the confirmation (I booked 2 days before my travel), but I got it before leaving (very important because you need to print the voucher). As it was my first experience with you, I was afraid at the beginning, but all was ok

My commendations go not only to your "groundcrew" but to your office staff thar handle our damage and billed us I thought very fairly. We have learned a very very valuable lesson from this (we use rental cars oversease a lot) and always thought our Bank card coverd us,,,,,,,,,,,,IT DOSENT only any excess so I giuess we are fortunate that no loss of life or big damage happend so for $1200 we may well have saved thousands as we will be renting in Europe early next year. We wish you well and if I get a chance I will give you a good hearing on Chan 7. I am promoting the "free insurance" on bak card should be told to card owners that its ONLY the excess thats free.
