We unfortunatly had a slight accident the staff where sympathetic and understanding my wife was visiblt upset. My commendations go not only to your "groundcrew" but to your office staff thar handle our damage and billed us I thought very fairly. We have learned a very very valuable lesson from this (we use rental cars oversease a lot) and always thought our Bank card coverd us,,,,,,,,,,,,IT DOSENT only any excess so I giuess we are fortunate that no loss of life or big damage happend so for $1200 we may well have saved thousands as we will be renting in Europe early next year. We wish you well and if I get a chance I will give you a good hearing on Chan 7. I am promoting the "free insurance" on bak card should be told to card owners that its ONLY the excess thats free.
