I found the website very easy to use with all of the information clearly displayed. The quote was extremely reasonable - so much so that I was wary that there would be additional extras when I picked the car up. However, the price was honored by Alamo (via Europcar) without any question and no additional extras. i would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. When i picked the vehicle up from the airport, the original vehicle I was offered was not suitable as it was a 4x4 with no luggage cover in the boot/trunk. The staff did their very best to find an alternative vehicle which was being returned an hour later and provided a very quick handover service when the vehicle became available. A good experience overall in Cairns Airport!

This really meant a lot as the following day, Christmas Day, everything was closed and without the car, we would have been unable to do any touring for at least two days of our one week holiday. So we really appreciated the wonderful service we received at Cairns Airport from Hertz and would recommend them to anyone planning to rent a car in far north Queensland.
