Scott McEwan - Australia (09 May 2012)I have booked a number of times with Argus and the rates generally are the best available for Melbourne - not sure abour red Spot - do not always man their terminal outlet in Qantas and their collection arrangements are OK but no place to talk with an operator if there is a problem - Melbourne airport, without returning to the terminal.

My only concern and it may be my own doing was being charged for picking up at the airport and I was of the opinion all such charges were paid upfront.
