The people I dealt with in Croatia were very good courtious and helpfull. The agent I discussed the car hire with located in Ireland was pleasant and non pushy and took time to answer my questions. my only concern was the insurance excess was not obvious to me.

Then, she proposed the alternatives (cars, GPS, etc...) and it was very clear and helpful. For a 1st contact in Croatia, it was excellent, I will come back and by sure, will rent through ORAC.
