They went through our contract clearly with us and took the time to discuss in detail our planned itinerary providing us with feedback which was extremely helpful. The team in Dubrovnik when we returned the car were the same. They even helped us by calling the place we were meant to be staying and finding out detailed directions including bus timetables!
