Good consistent service in Billund Airport. Could have done with some guidance about unusual car starting procedure (clutch in) but all worked out in the end.

The only thing that could have been better was for the people at Europcar to have told me that the airport office was closed late Sunday and to leave the satnav system in the car. I had to walk back to the car with the satnav as there was nowhere to hand it over to staff.
