All online customer care was good but a smile at the booking desk would have been appreciated! The car was immaculate and better than expected for Carcassonne Airport. Thank you.

It was a good experience overall. Car worked well and we had no problems getting about in France, road sinage is generally very good not so good trying to get back to Caracasonne airport.
