Your quoted rate for the chosen type of vehicle in Cologne Airport was excellent, as I had done some research prior to my booking through ArgusCareHire. On arrival at the airport I found Europcar staff very courteous and helpful, though I was not handed a printed contract/damage check, which escaped my attention until I was asked for one when I returned the car. However, Europcar had upgraded the rented vehicle to a top class Mercedes Vivo, which would have been my first choice originally, but for the quoted cost. I was very happy about this, and so were the rest of my family (it was probably the excitement that made me overlook the lack of a printed checklist). After returning the car I reported to the Europcar desk in the airport terminal and was told it was not a problem. My bill was settled there and then as apparently everything had been completed electronically (including the report from the person who I had handed the car back to!) Overall a most enjoyable experience - from initial booking through to completed rental! Thank you.
