The staff at Auto Union in Samos Airport was very efficient and helpful .
ROLANDO ROVERATO - Italy (09 September 2011)The service was excellent given that we were 5 hours late at the Airport and I had forgotten to inform Payless.Our flights were changed and I forgot to inform Payless but on arriving at Samos Airport we called them and a very friendly lady brought our car out to us even though we were 5 hours later than they expected. Excellent service
Anthony Kerner - UK (07 October 2010)Whilst the car hired at Samos Airport was poorly maintained and actually broke down, the clutch broke 6 days into the hire period, a replacement vehicle was arranged within an hour with the minimal amount of fuss. The booking, pick up and return were all undertaken with the minimum of hassle.
