Good communication for Budapest airport car hire.

All worked fine with Budapest Airport car hire. Berelek was outside the airport.Needed shutel taxi there.This should have been explained. Took more time then expexted.

Everything worked seamlessly and the staff at Buchbinder were very competant in Budapest.

Despite an unusual booking scenarioArgus staff dealt with it most efficiently and comprehensively. Overall Argus staff provided a very good service, even calling to personally double check the unusual details prio to final confirmation of booking. Only down side was that despite confirmation that car would be at Terminal 1 Budapest car was in fact waiting at Terminal 2 some distance away!

Very good. The only comment is that we were not clear about extras like driving on highways,crossing to another country etc in Budapest.

Everything was as promised. There even was someone waiting at the airport to pick me up to get the rental in Budapest Airport Nice touch

I lost the car paperwork whilst on holiday in Budapest at the F1 grand prix, the paperwork was handed in and Fox auto arranged for me to pick the paperwork up the next day, speaking to the security gaurds who didnt speak much english. Fox auto could of just let us do this ourselves but didnt and were very helpful.
