Everything was easy and straightforward. The only little quip I had was there was quite a large dent on the back left hand side of the car which caused some rattling when I drove it - would recommend fixing cars before renting them out if any damage has been done by a previous renter. But that said - great experience - I would just make sure that there is no damage to my next rental in Shannon Airport.

My only problem i had an issue with how to open the booth, a rear window used to open instead an d this was not made clear and our flight was late in so staff in Shannon Airport went home once they had handed over the keys, nice car once I knew how the lock worked
