Staff and vehicle excellent but I would have to say that a Nissan Mica is NOT a three suitcase car as recommended on your website. Your excellent staff at Linate airport Milan sorted us out with a Peugeot 206 SW which was perfect. Also a special thankyou to the Linate staff on 24th December who reunited me with my mobile phone after I left it in the car on return.

The staff in Italy did not speak very well and even though we had printed reservation which stated that the road and airport tax are included, they double charged us and now waiting for a refund.
