The value for money was good in Milan Linate Airport. However - booking should be concise - for example I booked a fiat panda "or similar" on your web site. I would expect a european car not a hyundai as noted on my booking voucher. I was not impressed that subsequent to my emailed complaint of this your customer care advised me to make an international call to sort this out. I was pleasantly surprised Avis gave me a fiat panda.

However on returning we were charged the for the upgrade. I telephoned their office and received an immediate apology and the credit was put through our visa. All in all it was a very good experience with them and would definately use them again. Everybody we dealt with was helpful and at all times courteous. Irene and Tony Mahony
