Argus were efficient and easy to use.Unfortunately they were let down by First Car Rental.Their airport staff seem to be operating a scam claiming the car needs refeuling on return and charging for a quantity that could not possibly have been put into this car.I had filled the tank at a fuel station that I use regularly when visiting Bloemfontein, just before returning the car.Not a serious amount of money,just annoying to pay for fuel twice in Bloemfontein airport!
