Having never booked a rental car online, I was frustrated by a number of other sites, having to speak to a number of telephone operators and faxing through documents. All of which led to being told that no car was available for the time period. Argus made the whole process very simple - a couple of clicks and I had confirmation and the car booked! I shall definitely use the site again fot Pietermaritzburg Airport car hire.
