Easy to rent, easy to find around at the home page in Basel Airport.

The only problem we had was with picking the car up at Euroairport on the Swiss side it was not made clear that it had to be returned to the Swiss part. We found the French part and were fined for leaving it there but there were not clear instructions on how to get to French part. Staff were helpful, car was excellent - a basic courtesey map would be useful no hire car company ever seems to provide one - they could get them free from local tourist info and put in cars just to ease clients on way,

John Bardouille - United Kingdom (11 April 2011)The booking was quick and trouble-free via the internet and there was no real problem with picking up and dropping off the car except for an issue specifically to do with the arrangements at Basel airport. I had not realised that it had to be the Swiss side of the airport from whichh I collected it and this had not been clear at the time of booking. It meant a very circuitous route to get out of and into the airport as I really only wanted to go into France, which was just the other side of the building but a 2-3 mile detour each way! Otherwise fine.
