Hassle free. Just how I like It for Geneva Airport car hire

Guy Huckvale - United Kingdom (12 February 2012)Service was good in Geneva Airport, I phoned for help choosing a location to collect the car from as we needed to pick up the vehicle from the French side of Geneva airport. Alamo actually gave us an upgrade on our car at no extra cost which was fantastic as we had a lot of luggage!! Only negative comment was that we were not told about a €1000 pre authorisation on our card in case of damage or theft, luckily we had no issues with the car but could have been a problem!!
