car was fine in Newquay Airport, i just got into dispute with the company when small things were changed, i.e. drop-off point, arriving back one hour later than originally booked.

Straightforward and simple way of booking in Newquay Airport

I had a problem with the 12V socket with my original car hired. The agents at Newquay airport offered me a different car, but this also had a non-functioning 12v socket. They persisted until they found a car that had a functional 12 v socket. In the meantime, I had left my back support in the original car and not noticed. When I returned to the Europcar Alamo National office a few days later, they had kept my back support and I was able to enjoy a great holiday for the remaining 8 days. The lady in the office, Sarah, was excellent and made every effort to ensure that we were taken care of on all 4 occasions we had to deal with them.

Nice ,clean car -good experience checking in and out-would use this car hire agency again in Newquay.

Everything worked fine - rate paid for car much better than going directo to Europcar.
