There was a technical problem with the original Credit Card booking for Teeside Airport car hire. I received a telephone call from a very pleasant young man who explained the problem and corrected it immediately. All other arrangements went smoothly including a change to the final drop-off location due to the ash cloud. Very very good!

Although they didnt have the car I asked for they provided a new car of the same class and they would have had the car I asked for had I rung them to stipulate that this was important. Appreciate the time taken to explain the controls and how to drive an automatic.
