National were very helpful on arrival on the night. SatNav was kindly set for us by staff but was generally usless to us on the trip. They kindly said they would not charge us for it on return. However have not recceived bill yet. They were very efficient and speedy on our return to New York JFK Airport as we were late for our flight to which they speedily drove us to our terminal in the rented car.
