My only frustration was in trying to distinguish between the type of waivers that are presented, and when the you think you have completed and have comprehensive insurance, are then presented with a further option to purchase excess insurance. Would be nice if explanations of cover could be a bit clearer.

The only complain we had was how long we had to wait to get the car once we arrived. Very long que of people waiting to pick up their rented car, and procedure was very slow in Sanford airport. It would have been good to have more staff working on that.

If I could recomend anything it would have been nice to be taken to our vehicle and given a quick instructions about the vehicle. I also think the vehicle should have been checked over with me before and after rental.
