David Tough - United Kingdom (11 March 2012)we pre-ordered a basic automatic car however due to a mistake on pick up there were none available so we had to be upgraded at no extra cost for the car. slight disapointment that we then had to pay extra to cover insurance and petrol which would not have happened if we had been given the correct car ordered in the first place. otherwise service was good and car was fantastic in Belfast International airport.
