Thank you for providing such a brilliant, quick and low cost service. I changed my booking and spoke to friendly and helpful staff in Birmingham. The only recommendation I would pass on would be to make it clearer on the confirmation email that a Utilities Bill is necessary upon arrival at Thrifty. Regards
