My only problem was that the car was booked online with the arranged pick up time. When I went to pick up the car I had to wait an hour because no one was there and the telephone numbers to contact put of hour booking went straight to answer phone. However I appreciate that I was a late booking. Apart from that great service and fantastic car in Bornemouth Airport. Thank you
