London Airport City Reviews
Connecting with the car at City Airport was somewhat confusing. Obviously it would be better if the car was on site rather than trying to find the car in a side street. Car was good in London City Airport.

When I landed at the airport a representative was waiting with the car keys (even though the flight was late arriving). He completed the paperwork quickly, delivered the car and showed me how to operate the vehicle - fuel opening, door and boot opening. A great experience in London City Airport.

Only thing was that the rental company we chose did not actually have a pick up facility at London City airport as specified and that as you did not pass on our email details they were unable to confirm that we did want to pick up the car from London City airport,as our phone number was Australian. As they were unable to contact us and they knew flights from Australia landed at Heathrow there was some confusion. In the end when they were not at London City airport to meet us we phoned their office ( thanks to the kind staff at the help desk, as we did not have a phone.) and they came and picked us up. This could have been sorted if you had passed on our email address as well as our home phone number.
