We were extremely impressed with our car hire. Courtesy bus was waiting to bring us to Centauro. No queuing. They upgraded us without us asking, when they saw all the kids and suitcases. It was a very trouble free car hire. The girl in your call centre who helped me make the booking was extremely nice. She even rang Centauro in Spain to check whether we would make it to the depot on time if our flight was delayed. She was really lovely and helpful. Thanks again for your wonderful service.
