Being home to one of France’s most famous exports guarantees quality and choice in terms of eating out. Local specialites in Burgundy include traditional escargots (snails), parsley flavoured ham (jambon persillé), pork and vegetable stew (poteé bourguignonne). Of course it would be a shame to visit Dijon with out sampling the city’s splendid mustard.
