The Argus car hire experience was all very good and the car was good too. But I'v rented cars many times and rent cars 10 - 15 times/year and it's NEVER taken such long time to get the car, it was 2 people in fornt of me and we had to wait for more than 40 minutes! No paper work was prepared and the very long queue had some angry people in it. Not your fault, but maybe you can send that feedback to Europcar as Hertz and Avis are MUCH quicker and have all the paper works and keys prepared when you arrive. [...]
