Important things to note

As in most, if not all major cities, traffic jams are to be expected at peak times in Kiev and empty parking spaces can be particularly difficult to find.
Driving conditions in the city are perfectly manageable, however if you do venture into the surrounding areas, expect to find poor road conditions, particularly in the wake of the winter months.
Whilst it is not legal, parking on pavements is an acceptable practice in Kiev.

Airport Information

Boryspil International Airport is the city’s main airport and is situated 36km south east of the city centre. The airport comprises three terminals and offers flights to a number of destinations throughout Europe and further afield.
Kiev also has a second airport, Zhulyany Airport. Situated 8km south west of the city centre, this airport offers flights from budget airlines such as Wizzair.
