Eating Out in Trapani
Being Sicily, eating out is a distinct pleasure, whatever your budget or craving. Given its port town status, fish is definitely the dish of the day in Trapani. Local specialities include grilled swordfish, cuttlefish served with pasta and black sauce (seppia) and fennel with sardines, (finnocchio con sarde). Of course no meal in Trapani would be complete without sampling the famous local Marsala wine.
