Parking in downtown Pensacola can be problematic. It’s advisable to park elsewhere in the city (where there are a numerous parking facilities) and head downtown on foot.
Navigating through the city can be complicated owing to the confusing street names. It’s recommended that you plan your journey beforehand.
Avoid driving in and around the city during morning and evening rush hours, as high volumes of traffic can lead to congestion and long delays.

Pensacola International Airport is located approximately five miles northeast of downtown Pensacola and is accessible via the I-110 N and North 12th Avenue.
The airport is mainly a hub for flights to other cities in the US, from where people heading to other countries can change planes. It currently has just the one terminal for passengers, irrespective of where they are heading.
