It is compulsory to drive with a warning triangle in the vehicle in case you break down.
It is the law to drive with dipped headlights at all times, even during the day.
Buses and cyclists have right of way, so be sure to give way at intersections and be aware of cyclists using cycle lanes.

Legoland is the most popular tourist attraction in Billund and it’s an excellent place to go with all the family. Kids young and old will enjoy spending a day here with over 50 rides to choose from. There’s also a range of entertainment and other activities that the family will love.
History buffs will enjoy taking a trip to Jelling Orm where they’ll discover the impressive Viking Longship on the Farup Lake. This amazing ship is only usually available to see during the summer months. The Viking Museum is only a short distance away in Royal Jelling for those who want to learn more.
One of the city’s most intriguing museums is the Bindeballe Kobmandsgard, which was once a local shop but is now a living museum. This is somewhere that both adults and kids would love to visit if wanting to see history coming to life.
Lalandia Billund is a tropical waterpark with waterslides, indoor and outdoor pools and Jacuzzis, making it another perfect choice for families. There are other great facilities available such as the bowling alley and mini-golf.
Billund Airport is located less than a mile from the centre of Billund and is accessible via the Route 20 motorway. The airport is small compared to others in the country but can be busy during public holidays.
