Important things to note
Driving in the city is reasonably easy for those with experience driving in large cities, though the hours between 7-9am and 3.30-7pm should be avoided due to the daily rush hour traffic in and out of the city.
Parking can be difficult to find and many locals are given to parking illegally. Do not be tempted to do this as traffic patrol is common throughout the day and towing occurs regularly.
Many parking meters are free during certain hours in the evening, so if a spot can be found on a night-time, it is highly recommended to drive at night whenever the driver is not drinking alcohol.
